Before you start of fixing any broken device, the first thing you have to do is to identify what are the broken parts to perform a full repair operation. Basically there are few basic guidelines how to identify the broken parts and these are as follows: Visual inspection of the device to see if any mechanical connections broken  This is maybe the golden rule among any device repair technician.   I have to say before I started this semester, I was thinking twice whether to take some IT Support classes for Fall 2014 since I was in the IT Security program. It was not a bad decision after all because the ITSUP program gave me an eye opener how can I relate with the modern IT Support field and hopefully it will help me get into a challenging career. From what I know this is the kind of career that will bring you into a new level and if you are good at it will take you a long way. I first started this class 3 weeks ago and to be honest with you, don't have any idea about the class but right from the gecko I was very interested and enthusiast to start the class. My instructor for the ITSUP-150 class is Mr. Vadim Mikhailenko. When I first send an email to Vadim, he replied to me at the earliest and he was very informative about the program and excited to have me in class. The first day of class was a brief Introduction of Mobile Support Devices. Vadim gave us a glimpse of what the course entails throughout the semester. He also told us to buy the required device toolkit from Amazon for assembly and disassembly. The brand of this device toolkit was iWork 15 piece Smartphone Repair Kit. Buying electronic devices has already been part of our lives and became a huge concept of our society.
