How to personalize your presentation style

In creating a list of essential steps for self-improvement, after watching videos provided on YouTube I have created a list which is quite personalized to my presentation style. Having had a career in entertainment I have become quite sensitive to the audience to ensure performance. In terms of content of the presentation I must be tactical in determining how what I am conveying is a benefit to the recipients and how I can presented in a manner that will be truly effective in determining their thoughts and feelings. In creating the presentation concentrate on the flow and in doing so take all obstacles such as superfluous text and other objects which can take away from the presentation in developing the presentation realize the human condition and the psychology by which people learn. As I have learned in creating mobile applications getting the attention of the viewer is best achieved by objects presented that capture their imagination. The human mind is able to process motion much quicker than non static objects like bullet points in text. I have found that presenting object .gif file format for images sporadically can bring the attention span of the viewer back to the presentation. Just like presenting a picture book to a child simplicity of statement and the use of strong images to support the simple statement tends to have the best entertaining effect. As I have learned...

How to Prepare Job Application

In preparing to enter the job market several steps must be taken in order to stay fully breast of opportunities and my ability to fulfill them. In looking at the assignment as a generalization of how to seek, find and secure employment it seems evident that the need arises to create a paradigm that is versatile and applicable to the current job market. A motif that I have used for years in working with information is a simple three-step process, organize, consolidate and expand and then continue the same process. In organizing material in terms of a career search I try to look at my available skills from the tenant that in today's market rather than look for lifetime employment I rather seek lifetime employability. This lifetime employability involves creating a dynamic inventory of what I is an employee can offer the company. Above basic skills in demonstrating my ability to perform a given job, I must look at what the given employer is truly looking for. It is my consensus at this point that soft skills and the ability to be a part of the culture of the company is more important than just demonstrating basic skills. From the perspective of the employer I view my attempt at securing employment as to how viable I am at truly being a productive member of the team. Being that this is the point, viability, I must organize an inventory of events, memberships and references that are best suited universally to the career path I have chosen. As I have stated in previous assignments on the first day of careers class...
