Prepare and get certified for HDI SCA in Milwaukee Area

This post is to help someone who is interested in becoming certified through HDI for a SCA certification. What is a HDI SCA certificate? It is a understanding of how to learn the critical steps required to effectively manage and prioritize incidents, reduce escalations, and master the essential customer service skills required to manage difficult customers. ย I will have steps for you to follow so that you can get an idea on where to find a testing center to what the cost of these things are. I started off by researching some websites for an outline of the certificate so that you can get a better feel of what will be on the exam. The online website thinkhdi.com offers a lot of information for free. This website is helpful because it gives you an outline of what you will expect to see on the exam. http://www.thinkhdi.com/education/courses/hdi-support-center-analyst.aspx   The website globalknowledge.com is helpful as well this website shows a schedule that you can use to follow for the exam but there is a price if you would like to take the route. https://www.globalknowledge.com/us-en/course/86311/hdi-support-center-analyst/   Last website i thought had plenty of information about HDI SCA certification is nhlearningsoultions.com. This website is useful for me because you can find training, resource center, special offers, solutions, locations and etc. https://nhlearningsolutions.com/FindTraining/HDI/tabid/3255/Default.aspx Next i searched the web again looking for practice tests that one may use to mix in with their studying to try and get a better feel of the questions on the exam. There might be a cost for a practice exam or some are free to use as well. The website...

CompTia Net+(Network Plus) – How to get your certification in Milwaukee Area

Set a goal on what you are going to accomplish Earning that Net+ Certificate! This is your number one goal. If succeeding, you are then qualified to present yourself as a technician who has the knowledge in networking.ย  This certification proves that you stand out of the crowd and is ready show your strength. Continue to learn even after the test This maybe crazy, but refreshing your memory, even with the basics, will make everything else perfect sense. As your passion grows towards networking, so will your knowledge.   Study for the test Take the course (IT Net 101) offered by MATC for a better experience. MATC offers the class which will walk you through every step to earn that certification.ย  Taking the course will not guarantee that you will know every question, it is still good to study outside of class in case some notes were not covered in the course. If no course taken, no problem! As long as you have a passion to study for the test. You are not required to take the course to earn the certificate. Some people can self-teach to take the exam.ย  If you feel that you are strong enough without a mentor, feel free to carve your own path. Recommend on studying from one or two books if possible Understand that one book might not cover all the details and another book may have extra useful information that will come in handy. Sometimes the second book can be a part 2 to what you are learning. Watch videos from CBT Nuggets (big bonus) CBT Nuggets stands for Computer Based Training....

Prepare and get certified for COMPTIA Network+ Certification in Milwaukee Area

I am currently attending MATC going for the IT Computer Support Specialist program. I plan on taking this exam by the end of this semester because I want to land an internship this summer so by writing this guide this will help me research a lot about the exam so that I can be prepare. The A+ Exam is one of the best beginner certificate to get because it shows employers that you are knowledgeable about both software and hardware. This exam has to be renewed every 3 years because of the advancement in software. If you study at MATC like I do there are benefits to preparing for the exam because the school supplies the students with programs like Transcender and CBT Nuggets. CBT Nuggets is very different from Transcender because it is just videos and does not give questions straight from the exam like the other program. The first thing to preparing for the certification test is make sure to have some ground rules like learning the basics, practice tests, courses that teach this subject. First rule is taking the Network+ course, this course will teach you what you need to know and also give you hands-on experience. The hands-on experience will how you how it will be in office environment youโ€™re going to be working in. After finishing the course, you can take practice tests or buy exams that will help you enhance your knowledge on the certification exam. The program that is helped me study for this exam was called Transcender. Transcender prepares you by showing you questions straight from the exam. After practicing for...

Steps to Getting Your COMPTIA A+ Certification in Milwaukee Area

So, youโ€™ve decided that you want to pursue your A+ certification. Good for you! Anyone working in the IT industry will tell you that being certified can lead to more career opportunities and a better salary. However, you may be wondering what steps are required for you to get certified. This article is meant to assist you with getting your A+ certification in the Milwaukee area. The A+ exam, furnished by Comptia, is meant to test your ability to manage, troubleshoot, maintain, and operate Windows-based personal computers. Of course, the first step in preparing for the exam is to practice and study. I spent several years throughout high school and into my early 20s troubleshooting and fixing PCs and still found myself learning a lot as a result of the course I took in preparation for the exam. Your local career or community college would most likely have a class that could prepare you. My personal recommendation would be to check with Milwaukee Area Technical College. If you would prefer to study using a book, I have found that the CompTIA A+ Certification All-in-One Exam Guide (ISBN 125958951X) is the best. It is comprehensive and has all the information you could need. I used it to supplement the class I took at MATC and was very happy with it. If you are in a place where you feel as though you have the knowledge required to pass the exam, the next step would be to locate testing centers in your area where the exam may be taken. Testing centers may be found on CompTIAโ€™s web site at https://certification.comptia.org/testing/test-locations. Which...
