How to do your research on salaries, based on the job title and responsibilities? I would look up the Bureau Of Labor Statistics website first to research the job’s title and their responsibilities to the job. Also look into its salaries to see if it’s something I would be interested in. Do your research on the information you need for the position your working before you ask for a pay increase. By doing this you shouldn’t break a relationship up with this. In creating a list of essential steps for self-improvement, after watching videos provided on YouTube I have created a list which is quite personalized to my presentation style. Having had a career in entertainment I have become quite sensitive to the audience to ensure performance. In terms of content of the presentation I must be tactical in determining how what I am conveying is a benefit to the recipients and how I can presented in a manner that will be truly effective in determining their thoughts and feelings. In creating the presentation concentrate on the flow and in doing so take all obstacles such as superfluous text and other objects which can take away from the presentation in developing the presentation realize the human condition and the psychology by which people learn. As I have learned in creating mobile applications getting the attention of the viewer is best achieved by objects presented that capture their imagination. The human mind is able to process motion much quicker than non static objects like bullet points in text. I have found that presenting object .gif file format for images sporadically can bring the attention span of the viewer back to the presentation. It is said that a picture is worth 1000 words so the use of images and having a brief understanding of what I’m trying to evoke in the crowd allows me to better sculpt the presentation.
