So you finally started your mobile repair business and you finally secured enough capital to buy that new building you’ve had your eyes on for years. The facility is equipped with all the bells and whistles and plus you have the top of the line staff ready to get your projected multi-million dollar company on its way. Now that you have a facility and staff the customers are just going to come storming in, right? Maybe, if you’re lucky. Sadly In today’s commercial atmosphere that “If you build it they will come”, way of thinking just doesn’t cut it. There should be no playing around when it comes to a company’s customers, they should be seen as vital organ for any establishment. Unfortunately, marketing to your customers base can turn out to be one of the most challenging objectives for fresh businesses that are on the rise, but if this sometimes expensive , time-consuming task is done to the best of its ability it can reap major rewards for any company. There are many ways of going about marketing to customers. A great marketing campaign will not just bring in customers it will keep them coming back for more. One of the best tools to kick off any marketing campaign is to use your local media resources. As a student you are pursuing a goal, my goal is to start a career in IT Support. One reason a person would want to start a mobile device repair business is to make good money on the side and still be able to have a full time job too if you wanted. It could be to help friends and family and the community by providing knowledge, repairs, and support. What if you could just work for yourself and start your own company? It could be a mobile device repair shop, or installation of office workstations and networking. As a business professional you would need to set a standard of operation, which means setting goals and values for being a good respectable business owner. To have good business values, you must have honesty, respect, and most importantly trust. While practicing good business values you are able to obtain and accomplish your business goals. Being honest with your customer as far as pricing, labor costs, part costs, warrantee work, and telling the costumer that the repair wouldn’t be as cost effective as buying a new device. While being honest with your customer, you will begin to build trust with your customer base, and hopefully by doing so you build a business relationship and continue to do business together in the future. Our main goal is to offer the best customer service to our customers in mobile device repair. Before opening your own business, there’s certain information you will need to know in order to be successful. You must know your customer base. Knowing what type of services, the customer may...
