How to become Apple Certified

Katherine Whitson ITSUP 177-600 Project 01 Why become Apple certified? To become Apple certified is a great accomplishment. Because Apple is a very closed source company, it is often found difficult to make repairs to these computers. When people have an issue with their Apple computer, they are often referred to an Apple store for repairs to their computers. To become Apple certified would provide you with the knowledge to repair these devices. You will learn the ins and outs of Apple’s operating systems, how to troubleshoot the issues, as well as hardware issues. Let it be known that becoming certified by apple does not make you an authorized Apple technician on behalf of Apple. By opening a computer, the warranty will be void. How do I start? Beginning the process to gain a certification is not a difficult task. You can simply make an easy google search or look on Apple’s website. By clicking on the link below: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205332 This link provides a great deal of Apple’s certification training. Where are the classes held? Attendance is mandatory as missing even one day will jeopardize your learning experience. The other way to take Apple’s class is the online method. By taking the class online, you can do it at your own pace. This is very useful for those who...
