These are a few keyboard shortcuts a person should know how to use on their home PC or just at work and here are a few common and mostly used often functional key sequence that is used. The systems that these shortcuts should work on will be for Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1.
If you want to copy something such as a document or a phrase or something and that nature. The first thing you would do is grab your mouse and press the left side of the mouse and hold the button and there you would move the mouse from left to right drag it that will highlight the item you like. After that release the mouse button. Know you have to Press these keys at the same time Ctrl +C and this will allow you to copy the selected item. If done successfully, you will be able to print the selected item or you may just move the item to a document file or just put in a folder of your liking for future retrieval.
Know If you want to cut a certain item from a certain site or from a document you will have to take your mouse press the left side of the mouse and hold the button and then drag the mouse key from left to right that will highlight the item you like this tells the computer what you want to be cut. As the item is selected know you would press Ctrl +X to cut your selected item out of the documentation or just a picture that needs to be removed.
As you know, you have learned to keyboard shortcuts and this shortcut is for you if after you have copied or you have cut an item that you have selected from the document and know you want to paste it to another location this is what you would do to do this. Again you would have to take your mouse press the left side of the mouse and hold the button and then drag the mouse key from left to right that will highlight the item you like. From there you press in hold these two buttons at the same time to paste the item and that is Ctrl +V. This the command to paste an item that you have copied from a site or a document and this also goes for the cut command also.
So the last command I will be reveling today will be if all goes wrong with these three commands and you need to undo your command you will have to do this Again, you would have to take your mouse press the left side of the mouse and hold the button and then drag the mouse key from left to right that will highlight the item you that you would like to undo. As you release the mouse, you will have to press these two buttons at the same time and that is CTRL+ Z and that should undo what is that you have highlighted.
