ITIL Foundation

ITIL is the most widely adopted approach for IT service management in the world. It provides a practical framework for identifying, planning, delivering and supporting IT services across a business. Adopting ITIL can lead to reduced IT costs, while improving IT services, support and productivity. ITIL Foundation certification is the entry-level qualification that teaches candidates the basic overview and key elements of ITIL, including the terminology that is used in the ITIL Service Lifecycle.

In order to receive the ITIL Foundation certification, you will be required to pass the following exam:

ITIL Foundation v3 (EX0-117)
